WE HAVE A SITTER & OTHER RANDOMNESS

Ok, so I know I am horrible at keeping this up. You would think with J at home still I would have a little more free time but we seem to just as busy if not more so! So to catch up... we have a sitter! Baby girl is growing up so fast, it's amazing.

Family game time, Candyland is a big hit.
At V's teacher conference. He is standing under his painting (the one with the handprint). He was so cute pushing E up and down the hall to show her the pictures and then all his toys and books in the classroom. He is doing so good in preschool and is learning so much.
I love seeing how his drawing and writing have progressed. This picture was one of his most elaborate. The red thing is a spider, the green is the sun. The black figure is his great-grandpa H and he is drawing himself in yellow going for a walk together.
V likes to share his love of monster trucks, cars and trains with his sister. He often talks about the bike rides they can go on when he is older and likes to show her what foods she can eat and what toys she can play with.
I know I have mentioned before that V is a picky eater, but the past few months he has added a few new foods to his palate and it's so nice. One of them being spaghetti without sauce. However as he insists on slurpy it up piece by piece it makes dinner a long process haha.
E is a total Daddy's girl. She adores J. And I just thought this pic captured not only one of her beautiful smiles but also how much she just loves to chill with her daddy.
We had snow this winter. V was thrilled! He and J had so much fun building a snowman.

People often ask how V has been with E. Well to say he is taken with her would be an understatement. He adores her and wants to be around her, hold her, play with her, help feed her, push her stroller.... We don't ahve to worry about involving him so he learns to like her, we have to worry about him not giving her any space! But she doesn't seem to mind, no one can make her laugh as hard and easily as her brother. And there is a little magic when she is fussy, all V has to do is start singing to her and she stops instantly. It's amazing. I hope that they continue to bond so wonderfully as they grow up together.
E is growing like a weed, she is already in 9mos clothes and even some 12mos stuff isn't too big on her. She is so tall! She has started eating baby food to and you best be on alert when you feed her or she will grab the spoon if you aren't getting the food to her mouth fast enough! Pears, prunes and peas are her favorite.
