HE COOKS!

In an effort to embrace he status as "Mr. Mom", J browsed my cookbooks this weekend. I will admit I was a bit skeptical b/c in the over 7 years that we have been married he has rarely cooked despite his professions before we wed that he could. That and the fact that the man can't cook grilled cheese b/c, and I quote, "there's no recipe." However, I was pleasantly surprised. This meal consisted of three of my favorite foods: pineapple, asparagus and chicken! And despite the fact that at first I couldn't stop giggling b/c my chicken looked like it had Elton John sunglasses on, I gobbled it right up. So yay, let's here it for "Mr. Mom!"

And for your enjoyment b/c even after over two decades it's still a funny movie...
