Saturday's are V's favorite days. It's the day that Daddy doesn't have to go to work and he gets to play with him all day. This morning they had a truck day at a local rec center. All types of large trucks and vehicles were there, it was like a little boys heaven. He sat in trucks, pretended to drive trucks, pulled levers, honked horns etc. He loved it.
This summer they have gone to quite a few carnivals and festivals and I've always taken the time to chill at home, but I was a little jealous of only getting to see pictures of the fun. So after an afternoon nap all three of us headed to the state fair. V was so excited, he had to ride the rollercoaster first and then it was all we could do to follow him to the next ride. If he had his way he would ride every ride there!
I even got to get in on the action, granted it was only for the train and skycab but at least I got to ride something. Next year though, V has already tagged me to do the big slide and horse ride, whoohoo!
Good times! It was so cute on the way home in the car V said "I don't want to go, I having so much fun. I want to go again." Next year dude, I promise.
