V has been working on walking now for a few weeks. He is getting more and more confident in his little steps and his balance is improving. He is adorable in his little waddles around the house and we love to help him. Sometimes it seems as if he is playing bumper baby around the living room! Clapping has also become one of his favorite pastimes, sometimes followed by a touchdown motion which is hilarious. We like to raise our arms too and say "Score!" when he does that, which then makes him giggle and clap somemore. I guess we won't be surprised if that is his first word, although from the gibbering he does now it looks as if "dada" will be his first but I am still holding out for "mama"!

Hot "Dawg"! (I guess I have been watching too much American Idol). This was so cute! It was great to see him waddle... What a blessing.

I was hoping for mama too, but unfortunately I didn't win out! I would keep him waddling as long as you can! Once they start walking there is no stopping them!
