SHOWER TIME

Today was my baby shower. It was so nice of the girls here to throw me one. It was luau theme, hence the reason I am wearing the lei. They did an awesome job and even had Hawaiian and Jack Johnson music playing! Baby boy got spoiled, he is going to be one well dressed, well read and cozily swaddled little guy. He even got his bassinet to sleep in! Mom was able to fly down for the shower also and she is going to hang out for the week and help me organize the house. We are getting closer and closer to being ready to welcome our little one when he makes his debut in a few weeks. Well at least we are getting the house ready, I am a little anxious still, haha!
One last sad little note, I was so close to making it only 6 1/2 weeks to go without the dreaded happening but alas it did... my ankles have swollen!!! Boohoo. Mom assures me that they will go back down, but I am still not happy about it!
