Thanks to my sister I made these super easy and super tasty pumpkin cookies. All you need is:
1 15oz. can of pumpkin
1 spice cake mix in the box
1 cup of mix-ins your choice (I used semi-sweet chocolate chips)
Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. I used a toothpick to make sure they were done as they don't really brown so it can be hard to tell.
Like I said super easy, super fast and so tasty. I won't even admit how many I have already eaten. But they are puffy and big and make about 2 dozen. Enjoy!!! Thanks again K, love you!
