THE WORD OF THE DAY IS...

BOY!!!

THAT'S RIGHT IT'S A BOY!

He is wonderful and beautiful and we are so excited to be having a son. He has a big round head like his dad and apparently the "kicks" I have been feeling have more often been headbutts so we may have a future soccer player on our hands. He seemed to tap his head the whole time we were watching so he must be thinking some very deep thoughts while he is in there, can't wait to hear what they are. He also has long legs like his mother. The due date is still expected to be June 5th. To pre-empt the inevitable question, no we do not have a name picked out. In fact, we are having trouble finding boy names we really like, but don't worry we still have plenty of time and I am sure we will be able to find a few we like by the time one is needed.

We were so excited to know what our little baby is that, you guessed it, we did some shopping. We each picked out one outfit for him, and yes we realize that they are too large for a newborn but they were so cute. He is going to be so handsome, well at least for a few minutes before he finds the nearest mud puddle, haha!
And finally a picture that many of you have been asking for... my growing belly. It seems to grow more each day, I admit I am pushing it out a tad in this picture because the shirt is big but not much. Somedays I look pregnant and somedays I look like I ate too much over the holidays. But I am sure soon there will be no question of which it is. I surely have no doubts as his little kicks and headbutts remind me everday and I love it!
